All the parts?
The 2.3NA has a Bosch engine management system with a MAF. You will force (pull) more air through the MAF. But at some point the ECU is going to decide that the MAF is out of bounds or the situation just fell off the edge of a fuel map. It has a regular knock detector and a basic O2 sensor feedback system.
You will have to use a MBC cause there is not anything else.
Going to fit an IC? You need a hole in the block or sump for the turbo large oil return too. --- air in, air out, exhaust in, exhaust out, water in, water out, oil in, oil out
I don't know how much you can force feed that Motronic before it objects or does not work right. But you can't increase the pressure very much as the 10.5 compression ration will get to knocking. You will need octane!
You may need different temperature plugs too. And the ignition system will find it harder to spark at higher pressures... as always.
I don't know if the NA engine forgoes the piston cooling oil jets.
You might need to find a way to fasten pressurized plumbing to the 2.3 TB.
You need a check valve in the PCV to prevent boost air from flowing backwards thru the small PCV hose.
It looks like the TPS on the turbo and NA TBs is the same, so perhaps the turbo TB could be swapped in if needed to mate with other plumbing. The intake manifold might be different as well. Design criterion for NA and turbo engines is different.
