since it's your first school your stock pads will be fine. I would bring a extra set of them just to be safe & like you are already doing bleed your brakes prior to going. Metalmasters are fine actually, I have used them a few times myself at the track.
It's hard to say if you will overcook them or not because it really depends on your skill & the conditions that day. My last school I used the es-100's which were on my viggen & I killed them. However the first several schools I did was with parada's from yokohama & they were fine. At the school we will just need to watch them after every session & check on the wear. Probably rotate the front ones after half day is fine. Most people there will be on street tires
