Yea, I know what you mean. I am sort of on a budget too. Basically what I'm going for is increase in power overall. I'm driving a 1999 9-5 4cylinder (the SE) with a five speed, so I am looking for more low end torque and you can never go wrong with more horsepower. Sounds like a lot of the people with automatic transmissions aren't as inthused about it. I don't need to worry about the traction control either, I don't have it on my car.

The BSR PPC seems to have a good balance of this, giving an insane amount of power to it too. It seems like if it could do this, they should have in the first place.

Do you know anything about filters? I hear K&N is good, and everyone uses JRs. I heard, however, that ITG makes some really good filters too. Any advice?

I don't think im going to take the suspension route, or the exhaust or the brakes, just don't want to spend the $$$.

What do you know about hte PPC system? What else do I need to change? I hear that its good to change oil and change spark plugs too. anything else?

Anything you know would be great, 'preciate the help thus far too.
