yes, as you know extrude honing will enlarge the inside of the exh manifold by somehow flowing a liquid which will slowly enlarge the manifold.

Then some jet-hot coaters have a really cool machine which will self center the spray nozzle inside the pipe & as it's pulled out it evenly sprays the inside of the part. It makes coating extractor pipes easy & much more consistant.

I forget the exact numbers but jet-hot coating a OEM manifold will allow the metal or outside temp of the header to be much cooler then the outside of a stainless header which in turn is over 150 derees cooler then a similar steel header/manifold/etc. Keeping the heat inside reduces underhood temps as well as helps spool the the turbo up!
