I did not do them myself, that is for sure.
All the mechanics I consulted for quotes said the bushings would be a pain to do, because like Dean said, you have to remove the control arm and press-out or otherwise destroy the old rubber bushings to remove them. The point is that bushings are connective material for steel parts, so the fit is naturally going to be very tight and hard to do yourself, especially if you don't have the right equipment.
