They both function the same, so it comes down to fit, adjustability & personal preference.
Fit:
The DVS007P is designed specifically to fit the tight confines of some Saab plumbing, with "stubby" hose attachments & a size close to the OE Bosch unit. The Hyper is a lot bigger, so you'll need some open space, & all those "cooling" fins which might rub hoses the wrong way.
Adjustability:
You can order the Forge DV with your choice of any spring they have, or you can tell them your setup & let them recommend a spring, or you can buy the entire Spring Kit ($15?) & change it around or dial it in for your exact setup. The last time I checked (admitedly, a while ago), Stratmosphere didn't offer any tuning for their Hyperboost.
Preference:
Some folks like the no-nonsense design of the DVS007P, while others like the way the Hyperboost stands out. It's your call.
