18T compressor wheel on 9000 Aero TD04 turbo?

I see that a number of companies sell 18T compressor wheels and I was wondering whether, with a bit of machining to the compressor housing, a T18 wheel can be bolted on to the Aero TD04 turbo?
Failing this, is a Volvo TD04 18T a straight bolt on job to the Saab?
Thanks,
Tomee
