Alignment After VRK?

My 2001 Viggen is at 39k miles. The 40k mile service is not major, and I think I can get an oil change and 4-wheel alignment instead. (comments?) I feel that I would benefit from the alignment, car has pulled since installing new tires about 1,000 miles ago. And I do not feel that I am missing much out of the 40k service.
I am also planning to get a VRK (and maybe a rear sway bar), but I read that after installing the VRK bushings, the toe would have to be re-adjusted, thus the alignment. So, my question is, should I hold-off on the alignment until after the mods are in?
Another question: the CPO-Warranty goes to 100k miles, should I consider this when adding the VRK and Sway bar? I don't want to void the warranty on too many parts. I was planning to have a local saab shop install the mods....have you all had your dealer do it? I don't do enough on cars to attempt it myself.
