gismo, the diffrence in stage 1 or 2 is stage 2 is for the more aggressive upgrade you can build more hp with that seeing your shooting for 300 to 350 hp thats what you want.i don't think there is a stage 3 apc.rrfpr is what what URby said it allows you to dial in your flow better it also flows more pressure under boost or as boost increases.your stock fuel pump is good up to 300 hp providing it is in good condition.the aid unit when installed allows you to advance your timing because the stock unit can only allow you to advance 2 degrees after you pull it out and bend the stop arm where the aid will go well beyond 2 degrees.your air mass meter will be fine it is adjustable.if you have the ability to mess with your mustang you will be fine.i never really messed around with this stuff until i got my 88 and i found it to be very simple to do.just research and look at pics of parts and you can figure it out.try to research the bulletin board there is loads of info on here good luck and welcome to club urby any more ?'s i will try and help you out.
