Thanks for response. I've ordered new (used) strut assembly; will have new indie reinstall the new Koni into the replacement strut. Hope this works. The springs are new H & R. The clunk came with installation of the Koni - you have to cut off top of strut to insert. I think something went wrong here. We'll see. I'm hoping for resolution so I can get new tires and ECU next.
