Your post on the viggen piston problem is most informative.As I have modified my 99viggen I have been careful to address the heat issue insulating all of the piping as well as the header.With a 65mm down pipe and a 65mm delivery pipe large IC and a complete 3" exhaust system .The exhaust gas temt. has dropped 250 to 300 degrees in normal driving.I am wondering if you have discussed the limits of a stock viggen shortblock as to safe HP production with any of your associates.I am preparing to add Maptune's stage 5 ecu,cams and injectors.I will be very sad if I am building myself a bomb.-ed
