Do you feel the turbo working? Your car would run like sh*t if your turbo was done. Your car would actually be ridiculously slow, slower than an 8 valve non-turbo automatic!
More likely than not, the vacuum hose on the back of your turbo gauge has somehow fallen off. Did you recently install new dash speakers? You might have knocked the hose off. Sometimes, they just come off. Anyway, remove the T10 (torx 10) screws from the speaker grill in the dash, and remove the grill. Look inside the dash to see if there is a loose hose. If there is, put it back on the nipple on the back of the gauge cluster directly behind the turbo gauge. It should be obvious.
