Wilwood 4 pot Calipers

Right now I'm running the Abbott 308mm kit on one of my 9000s, but I want to upgrade the brakes on a second 9000 and 4 pot calipers might be fun to try.
Has anyone tried to mount the Wilwood 4 pot Calipers on a Saab 9000?
If so, I have a couple of questions;
How well do they work compared to the stock brakes?
How thick a wheel spacer is necessary with the 16 inch Aero wheels?
Has the adapter plate caused any problems?
Thanks
