I read what I wrote & I just wanted to say that I dont mean to be negative about what you have done
its just that a few of us have tried larger injectors the #30s & it seems as though #30s with the stock maps are at the edge of the ECUs controll capability
what you are faced with is the fact that especially with the 2.2 LH & 005 AMM that you will hit 5V output on the AMM verry erly in the RPM range WOT because this setup was made to measure air & deliver fuel for 160HP & dident realy leave much room to spare
what this leads too is an erly ramp up to 100% injector on time
in my car I hit 5Von the AMM by 3KRPM & hit 100% injector on time by 3500RPM
if you run a larger than stock turbo this fuel map is terrible because it forces you to run VERRY rich before your highest point of torque in order to keep from leaning out at the end of the RPM range
basicaly tha air & fuel maps dont match up verry well
brad with 2.4 LH using a resister,3barfpr & #30s was able to keep air fuel ratios reasonable while making 217WHP which is nothing to sneeze at
but that is the limit of the 2.4 LH ECUs capabilitys & what Ive seen is that the 2.2 is worse for performance in that the AMM its maped to use (005) is not capable of measuring as much air as the 2.4 AMM (013)& you cant cross them
I guess the reason Im typing all this is that I didnet want you to think I was just being negative about what your setup
I have just been thru this pretty darn thuroughly & have a pretty good grasp on it (I feel anyway)
have a great week & good luck
