what race is this weekend? i am not aware of any races in SCCA, CARS, ESRC or the CRS that are this weekend...
as for the rest, it depends on the level of prep. for strengthening i think the NG 900 might hold up longer- there are some issues with the c900 that hamper it in that regard. of course it all depends on how you plate and reinforce the chassis. NG900 allows to drop in some really nasty suspension, like ohlins or DMS. you also get a stronger gearbox and a proven engine. for a really competitive c900 you're hunting for old factory parts for a good gearbox. We're talking straight cut gears, no synchros, limited slip- a dogbox. curious as to why you plan on going through with the prep on *2* cars! as for the C900, it goes; and goes well. ditto what vanlandingham said about going with the longer wheelbase.
