I would ask them. Remember this, SPG9 and Swedish Dynamics main focus is the retailing of high quality products engineered and produced by other manufacturers. They will not know everthing there is to know, and to some degree rely on all of us who try things on our own to let them know what we have discovered and achieved.

I know Dave at SPG9 is currently working on a different downpipe with a different wastegate design that will bolt up to the T3 turbine wheel housing, potentially giving better boost control and less back pressure due to better wastegate and turbine wheel exhaust flow.

If I remember from what I have been told, their are quite a few differences between how the Garrett and Mitsubishi hook up. Stick with the Garrett and consider going with a custom downpipe that integrates an external wastegate from Turbonetics, HKS, or Tial.
