Changing to poly bushings will bump you out of Stock and into either STS or DSP, with the sole exception of *front* swaybar bushings.

You can change the front swaybar only, not the rear, and remain in Stock.

If you're going to stay in Stock, you're limited by the car's 5.5" rims--you cannot go to a wider rim except in STS/DSP/etc.

The tires to have in STS are the Falken Azenis or Kumho Ecsta MX (not the 712); Azenis are cheaper but not heat-tolerant. If you're running Stock, you can squeeze a 225/45 DOT tire on your 5.5s (check for clearance); many people do this on cars also limited by 5.5" rims. Your tire installer will hate you, though.

Cross-drilled/slotted rotors will do nothing to improve performance on course, and there are new rules for STS for this, so if you run there, check them out first.

Adding a turbo bumps you into Street Modified. To put this in perspective, you'll need to make your 3000 pound, 140HP Saab as fast as a 3000 pound, 400HP Z06 Corvette to be competitive.

The Saab 900 has a big advantage over newer cars in the area of alignment: you can easily add camber/caster by shimming the a-arms. If I were driving a 900 NA in Stock, I'd add about 3 degrees negative camber, more caster, and a little toe out.

Just re-read your post; the air intake bumps you to STS or DSP. If your exhaust is cat-back only, then it's legal for Stock; if it's new from the header back, you're out of Stock and into DSP; not sure if you'd be out of STS with full exhaust but I don't think so cuz headers are legal...
