Baxter,
The 1985 900T has a lot of hidden potential and 200 horsepower could easily be extracted from the Garrett T3 turbocharger.
Follow this board and attempt a search for APC updating which will show how to tailor the potentiometers on your 1985 APC control unit to extract a higher boost threshold. If attempting to extract more than the 200 BHP, we will normally recommend integration of a 1986 and up APC to the 1985 900T which will allow for more potential espescially when sourcing aftermarket/professionally updated APC systems.
Fueling may be an important part of these updates and typically a rising rate fuel pressure regulator with factory fuel injectors or a fuel injector upgrade with factory fuel pressure regulator would be optimal to 200 BHP.
Good luck with your project and regards!,
