Have you checked that some stuff is working properly?
I have had two throttle position switches go bad on me in two different cars in less than a year; the WOT position fails and you don't get enough fuel. I would verify that your TPS' WOT switch is functioning. If it isn't, open it and clean the contacts, or buy a new one.
What's max retard? Check with a vac+pressure pump and timing light; you may need more, or you may have a bad diaphragm, or you may just need to set the base timing so that total retard falls in the right place.
Have you confirmed that you have proper fuel pressure?
Anyway, if that's all good and you want more gas: If your injectors are Fords, you are running a bit under 26#/hr. Going to Ford 30# w/2.5bar FPR will give you a bit under 29#/hr, LH2.4's limit, from what I read here. Or you can add a pressure-triggered fifth injector to your car pretty easily.
