Manifold to turbo bolt question

I know that this is not a performance question but -- the four bolts that connect the exchaust manifold to the turbo are allways backing off - I have washers under the bolt heads and locknuts before the nuts - I have realy leaned on the wrench but after a couple of days they get loose again. Are there special nut / bolts I should buy , and what do I ask for?
