Hi Gorper,
I am starting to see the forest amongst the trees. But i have a few questions. The order of assembly. The bump stop, in which you cut down to a specific height, is still located in its original stock position? Next you have the jacking plate, which the bolt runs through the bump stop to the engine bay area, this should mount flush over whatever is left of the bump stop cone that has been cut back. On the jacking plate you welded a 5" cross section of pipe that the spring cup is set into, you have also cup the spring cup down to 3/4". The spring cup will also set into the jacking plate but is resessed into the jacking plate. From there the spring will sit in its upper position. I understand the lower perch and agree which you on the angle of the perch. There is some reason saab has designed it this way. Now have i got this straight? Please correct me if i'm out to lunch.
Thanks
Trevor
