Hi Thor,
It sounds like a really cool project. Have you considered a B234R drivetrain or even building a 9000 Aero instead? It woul be cheaper, but I see that you already have an 01' 9-5, so here are my humble thoughts;
There are a host of qualified Swedish tuners that will actually make the high dyno numbers that you want, and will cost less than half of what that other "tuner" will charge, but that's the last thing in order to worry about. It will take a lot of money and a lot more engineering than in and out mods plus an ECU and IC. There is no way on God's green earth that the stock pistons in the 235R will handle more than 300 hp reliably. So, you will need: new pistons, rods, cams, serious head work, including valves and springs, injectors, a massive turbo, external wastegate, and LOTS of other details, plus REALLY good software, IE: IMHO, Abbort shouldn't be considered for the ECU unless they hired Frank Stromqvist or something else unlikely. That being said, I think that they make really nice machined hardware, but they are sooooo expensive.
The driveline will need to be re-thought, add in a scintered clutch or something intense, limited slip diff, larger axles from an 02' 0r newer, and some slicks to start with. I think that 100mph in less than 6 seconds would surprise more than a few people, including the mythological Thor himself. :o)
