Between you, Dean, GM, Terry, and others, the board has some great depth to draw on. Have you worked out any deals with Frank yet on being a possible ECU supply? For me, it looks like I can finally see some light at the end of the tunnel on getting my transmission, header, clutch, shifter, and other misc parts from Sweden. Definitely no quick process, especially when you are dealing with custom stuff. In the mean time, I have been entertaining myself by developing my carbon fiber fab capabilities. Using vacuum bagging techniques, I have been able to make some pretty nice stuff out of both epoxy and poly resin (the vinyl ester resin is better suited to high under hood temps for the DI and engine covers). I have also made a mold of the custom vented hood that I had made and can't wait to see it in carbon fiber, just need to fix some gel coat blisters and other small inperfections first on the mold's surface. With this stuff done and the parts from Sweden, I could finish the car within a month's time. But, as you know, things always change. How's life with the new one in your house? Getting enough sleep?
Also, my web site is being professionally redone and should be finished by the end of this month. Check it out later.
Regards,
Kevin
