dude, when you make too many mods in one swoop, it is hard to know what works and what doesn't. If you car was working fine when stock, I'd retrace your steps. If the port and polish was done correctly, that shouldn't affect things so drastically in the low rpms/ idle I'd think. It may be the larger intake you mentioned that is throwing things off or the different cams. I'm not experienced with the older 9000's, you might give Dave at "group 9 performance" (formerly spg9) a call, he works with those cars alot. He should be listed as an advertiser on saabnet, or do a google search. I'm not sure what size injectors you are using or what fuel pressure regulator you are using on your 2.0 litre. You may be overdoing it on fuel and bogging down the low end and idle with too much gas. The performance chip should be the last thing you add to give your car that extra needed fuel to make your other mods work right.
