well depending on the $ you have the GT28r is a pretty awesome turbo for your aplication
or you can do the T25/T28 hybrid I hear that folks actualy hang friggin mitsu wheels on T25s we have a great turbo guy that does a nice upgrade on the T25 which will suport almost 300hp Id strongly advise that if you get a bigger compressor wheel in there that you also do something to free up the exhaust side as well like cliping or a bigger turbine housing both of which will produce more "lag" but greatly lower backpressure which will increase flow & HP & decrease EGTs
if you want more power you have to wait a lil longer for it nothing will spool up like your T25
I personaly think a bigger turbo is better you just adjust your driving & spinn the engine a lil more if you want instant power
the thing is if you increase the turbos size & you have software designed for your stock turbo you will get overshoots with the bigger turbo
basicaly bigger turbo means updating your software too on the Trionic cars
keep asking you are a smart fella for asking before buying :-)
take care
