Here is a list of some of the upgrades you can do:
1) “Free” do it yourself upgrades – Search for 3” airbox mod, turbo silencer, and throttle body transition casting. Basically, more intake air and less intake restriction means more available power.
2) 22mm rear sway bar from Swedish Auto Specialties, Taliaferro, etc. - a big improvement in handling and a lot less body roll. $ (search for rear sway bar for lots on information)
3) MBC+A (search fro MBC+A) an inexpensive way to get extra power and faster spool-up. $
4)New Shocks and Struts, I prefer Koni Sport Adjustable. $$$$
5) Steering rack brace and polyurethane bushings from Abbott Racing, Taliaferro, etc. - This really increases the steering response and gives good road feedback. $$$$$
6) A sport exhaust like a Saab sport exhaust or have one made locally, - a must before any other serious engine tuning. $$$
7) A Forge or HyperBost boost pressure valve - again this is needed before an increase in boost pressure. $
8) ECU upgrade - now the fun really begins! $$$$$
9) Upgrade to Viggen type intercooler for less intake restriction and less intake temperature rise. $$$
10) Add a 3" downpipe to help get all that extra air out to the exhaust and get better turbo response. $$$
