your FPR or check valve in the pump is leaking down Id almost guarantee it what you are looking for is park pressure there to keep the fuel from boiling in the rail which puts air (sorta) in the line which takes a second to get rid of
is it a lil harder to start when you let it sit for 1/2 hour or so after being at full operating temp?of so this is definatly the problem
it should hold at least 20 PSI for 1/2 hour or more & leak down verry verry slowly a fast leakdown of like 20 minutes or less to 0 PSI is no good
techron isent a bad start though
