I was checking out the subaru site to see what if anything I could gleen about taking the WRX trannie and putting it on a C900. When doing so I saw the new WRX STI with 300 Hp and 300#/ft torque. They moved it from the standard wrx 2.0 tubo to a 2.5 litre turbo engine (Block probably from the Imprezza line).

Anyone know if Saab plans on adopting the same wrx engine for the 92x Aero? If so that would be a great builder car. Because if a co-worker could get his old WRX to 492 HP on the old 2.0 Liter wrx. Just imagine what could be done with a starting point of 300 HP/ 300 Pound feet of torque!
