Hope all's well.
For the modifications posted, you might want to consider a 30 lb/hr fuel injector but you will need a high resistance (14-16 ohm) version. You can find some later era FORD applications with fuel injectors with these specifications and the 0280150911 are fairly easy to come by if on a budget. You will need to install these using the factory SAAB 2.5 bar fpr (so that you don't run overly rich at idle)and could easily employ a return line restricting fpr or updated LH ECU for additional fuel support/delivery, if needed.
