Currently have two Saabs and getting a third. First my daily driver, 96 9000cse with SQR stage 4 ECU, thanks Frank it rules, 3" dp and JT exh, Open air cleaner, and a modified T28/GT turbo. Love this car but always wanted a viggen. Just came across a 99 Viggen florida car that has been babied. I was thinking I could do the same modifications I did on my 9Kcse T5, but was wondering why the Hp output was much less with the same modifications. Have not picked up the Viggen yet, Feb 7th, but need some information. What turbo does it use, I know the Aero uses a Mits TD-04, does the viggen use the same turbo? The turbo in my 9000 flows 425-450 cfm would it be better to swap turbos, or put a larger wheel on 18g or use the same compressor wheel I am using now? Looking on Maptun's modified cars page, seems like the T5 cars are capable of so much more hp. Why? I believe the Viggen uses T7 is it so much more restrictive? I have also read here that the Viggen rescue kit is a must for anyone increasing hp. I just love the power output of my 9000 and what can I expect from the Viggen and support from vendors?

Now I'm thinking I will change the exhaust to a 3" ss system, fuel injectors, intercooler and piping, and of course try to find Frank to tie it all back together.

All your advice will be greatly appreciated. Always wanted a viggen and I am sure I will not be disappointed! Thanks,
