I dont realy have an answer for that accept that the T5 might have to re adapt a bit
try taking it out & doing several WOT pulls between 2700 & 4500 RPM holding boost for at least 18 seconds
if nothing changes unhook your battery for a while & hold your foot on the brake pedal for a few seconds durring this time to drain any voltage storeage in the ECU for memory retention then hook the battery up & re adapt the car
let us know how that goes
& look around the area you were working in foanything you might have unhooked or anything
