If you need an all-season tire, I can't help you, I don't need them and don't want the loss in grip that they entail compared to a really good three-season tire.
I've tried a bunch of different tires but always come back to the PZero Asimmetrico on our 9000, the dense blocky outer tread helps a lot when you're dealing with a lot of body roll and a Macpherson strut suspension with a poor camber curve. They're fairly quiet, ride quite well, I get about 25-28K per set which I consider quite good, they're not an optimal rain tire.
The Continental SportContact2 also has an asymmetrical tread pattern with heavy ribs on the outer shoulder, got these on my wife's car - their steering response and overall grip is exceptional and they seem to be a surprisingly good rain tire. They are, however, fairly harsh-riding - a lot like an old Bridgestone S-02 but quieter.
The Michelin MXX3 and PS2 ought to be in the same grip territory, not many MXX3 sizes left, I haven't yet driven a PS2 hard enough to develop a personal opinion on it but I know a lot of folks that love them.
Bridgestone S-03 quite grippy if less so than S-02 or SportContact2, but smoother-riding, I've had a couple develop belt-separation on my M5 so am staying away from them myself.
Goodyear GS-D3 a good ride/grip compromise, very civilized, some find it 'soft' on steering response.
I've liked the Dunlop SP8000 a lot in other applications but it didn't work worth squat on our 9000.
