i have a werid problem

after my 88 spg has been warmed up for a good amount of time, then if i were to get on it hard and get the rpms up into the 4500 range and then back off my valve train starts to knock like they do when u warm the car up. i thought that i mite have a stuck valve and the noise continues untill i shut the car off and then drive it easly for a while. then the nosie will go away. so does any one know what iam talking about? or how to fix it?

(mods-redbox, 3bar fpr, ported turbo compressor, intake, 2.5" exahuast)
