Am getting ready to get my '89 900TC back into shape for daily use and am looking at some upgrades. I've written up some of my plans over on the C900 group more from the putting the car right before upgrading perspective, so I won't repeat all of that here. If you'd like the backstory here's the link:

I'm not looking for a race car, but I'm hoping for a tight, flat suspension and maybe something in the +30hp over stock kind of range (at least to start with).
Questions:
Suspension:
-Anyone running B&G springs (same as Kilen?) on C900, or even better C900TC?
-How extreme is the drop, and how's the rear end sit?
-Should 15" 205/50s work well with this setup?
-Am debating between the Bilstein HDs and the Koni's, any thoughts on this config?
Turbo:
-Anyone tried Viton tubing for turbo/vac lines? The summers here in Phoenix tend to kill the standard stuff pretty quick.
-Any good APC mod advice beyond what is on Dave New's site?
Other Perf:
-How would you prioritize additional mods, ie FPR, wastegate, bypass valve, injectors, timing ret., intake, exhaust? I may have to put off exhaust and one or two others for a while, and I'm a bit worried about a more open air filter with the desert dust.
I've been lurking on the list for years now, since my Sonnet days, so I'm quite psyched to be finaly starting down the 900 upgrade path.
