Is your wife's car a c900 convertible or a NG900 hardtop? If it's a new gen, then your questions are simple. I'll base my answers on your car being a 94' hardtop. (new-gen 900)

The T5 trionic system is a capacitive discharge ignition system that handles timing and boost control. Your knock sensor is your DI cassette. (Search the board for information on how trionic works.) Basically, it uses spark ionization to analyze the combustion conditions and adjusts them accordingly.

An SQR or similiar Swedish ECU upgrade (with an upgraded downpipe and exhaust) will bring you up around 265 crank hp. The t25 and intercooler need to be thrown out at that point. With a TDO4-15t-5cm and a "viggen" IC, you can expect about 250-260ish at the wheels. Then you will need to upgrade your IC again, upgrade your injectors and go with a TDO4-18t-6cm and you can get around 280-290 at the wheels. It all depends on what you want. (You obviously have a good handle on choosing turbos and injectors) Once you pick your hardware, it's time for an ECU and that's all. With T5, there is no need for standalone. It's VERY safe to tune.

As for the clutch; The 9-3 Viggen pressure plate is designed for 350lbs ft, and when combined with a grabby disc, will probably be all that you will need for your wife. The stock clutch/PP are only good for stage 2 tuning or less. Good luck. :o)
