the changing of AF has more to do with boost than RPM
so at the highest point of boost safeley with a staged non custom ECU like 11.5:1 than it might taper leaner tward the higher RPMS as boost tapers off with a lower staged unit & a smaller turbo
you can use a rich mixture especially on a C900 with a fixed timing setup so that you can get as much advance as possible at say 3500RPM without pre ignition to keep power up later in the RPMs with no further advace but tape the AFs leaner to make more power up there
any leaner than 13.0:1 under boost is a bad ideal esp for any prolonged period of time
