To summarize - waiting for and to install new IC, and because I don't like re-work, might also be installing Aero turbo, new exhaust manifold gasket along with a new rear O2 sensor. So a SQR stage 3 in, but I can't use it just yet. :o( The kick in the teeth was the clutch cable snapping Wednesday night.
Moral(s) of the story - Check (all of) your hoses (often), and the path to "performance" is long, can be expensive, and is very, very addictive! Bring your pocketbook...
I do have to say, when things were put together (duct taped good, etc.) and I WOT Paddi... WOWSER! 8oD The smile on my face makes it worth it (I think). Thanks.

Details (stop now if you don't want my babble) - Well, drove to Boston (from WNY) to see JAK (Frank from SQR and Paul and Bo at AutoMotion) to get a stage 3 put in. Also picked up one of JAK's downpipes.
Turned out I needed a new BPC which was done, but then Paul found a huge vacuum leak from the IC to turbo discharge pipe (where "silencer" is located) - the hose ripped right at the clamp. Unfortunately, things were too busy to straighten out there, although Paul tried his darndest. Cost a lot more than I was expecting (with labour charges).
So now I am waiting on my MP IC (see other posts) and the hoses. I have duct taped the hole in the meantime, just in case I boost it, but there is too much pressure for the duct tape to withstand and I don't feel like changing the hoses twice. So I am patiently waiting.
As a result of the hole, Frank mentioned that my turbo was basically to be shot because it was stressed trying to produce the additional pressure to compensate for the leak. I have sourced a 9K Aero turbo that I am debating on to "fix" that problem. :o)
While putting in the DP I literally "ripped" 3/4s of the top of the rear O2 sensor housing. I also have an intersting "howl" that has recently appeared when on boost. I need to "refit" the exhaust, as I have ruled out the BPV and BPC; could also be the exhaust manifold or turbo.
Finally, Wednesday night, my clutch cable snapped. It happened near the clutch arm (?), which Anders indicated is the second most popular place to break. Good news is I can still drive it. However, I need the cable done, and I do have the seals leaking. The clutch (and rear seal) was replaced when I bought the car (83K, 60K miles ago). So debating on just the cable, or if I should have the clutch done as well, and "upgrade" to the Viggen kit. Paul did indicate how crappy my clutch was. :o\
So that's my most recent "SAAB" story. Thanks again if your still reading!
