I've made one order to Abbott. Great product quality (aluminum delivery pipe) but awful communication and shipping time. I have heard some horror stories about Maptun service as well but more people swear by them than nay-say. It really seems to me that the circumstances of the event were FAR too questionable to post such a strong statement on your public website. What they should have done is order an ECU DIRECTLY from Abbott for the specific model in question and then check to see if the software has indeed been pirated. The fact that the ECU came from a customer instantly destroys all credibility. I have been interested in Maptun products in the past but lately it seems they have become standoffish with the other Saab tuners as if belittling them will increase their market share. These are some pretty serious claims they are making. I have heard of other well-known tuners pirating software but it was always word of mouth and was never posted in such a conspicuous way.
