Hi Price,
I have a 95,9K aero and the same thing happened to me, It was my tensioner pulley. I got a new one from the saab site. Putting it on is kind of a pain. You need to remove the inner fender well to get better access to that area of the engine. Be careful when removing the pulley's some of them are not righty tighty, lefty loosey, they come out the opposite direction or so I was told when I made the repair. When putting the serpentine belt back on you will need a large set of channel locks to compress the tensioner so you can slide the belt back on. Thats how I did it. Good luck.
