I've got a Zeitronix Wideband AF meter. It comes in a kit with a new wideband O2 sensor, the processor, wiring harness and a four variable LCD display. The wiring was a bit of a chore, but my notes are pretty good, and I'd be happy to share (no warranty though!). You replace the stock O2 sensor, so there's only one probe sticking into your exhaust.
Meters that use the stock O2 sensor are narrowband, and while they might give you neat flashing lights (I think Zeitronix has one of those too) it isn't that helpful for tuning.
It also has an optional boost sensor, which I have, and EGT, which I don't have. So as I drive, I have Lambda, AF Ratio and boost in the same display, right in the console (see picture).
However, the 'splitter' that feeds both the LCD and the computer (I couldn't figure out the serial connection, so bought a USB to Serial cable) has been a bit finicky. I probably just need to go over the wires and make sure they're all connected firmly.
