there is alot to take into acount, for example how was your boost & timing set up?
a 4th gear pull can produce lower #s because the car heatsoaks durring the longer pull
on the dyno you need a realy kick ass fan on a dyno & this is probably why the car feels faster on the road yet made less power on the dyno your sidemount IC had a fan on it Im sure & the lower gear made the pull shorter
