Well here's some T5 info for you, based on ECU's from a 1994 9000 CSE and a 1997 9000 Aero.

"Chips of interest":
1997 Aero ECU
Labeled "AFM5 5B02"
P/N 47 80 268

Processor: MC68332ACFC20
This is a 32-bit Motorola 68000-family microcontroller

Flash ROM: 2x AM28F010-90JI
128Kx8 SMT devices

Intel AN82526 CAN controller
Provides diagnostic interface

TI TLC546IFN 8-bit D-to-A w/19 inputs

National LM1815N "Adaptive variable-reluctance sensor amplifier"
Probably used as signal conditioner for crank pickup

CA3262E Quad gated inverting power driver

Toshiba TC55257DFI-85L 32Kx8 SRAM

Differences in 1994 ECU:
Labeled "AFM5 5A03"
P/N 43 01 917

Processor is MC68332ACFC16 (runs at 16mHz instead of 20)

Flash ROMs are AM28F010-150JI (slower, to match slower CPU)

SRAM is TC55257CFI-10L (also slower)

There are some photos (warning: 200-350K each!) of the '94 ECU at the link below. Later ECU layout is the same.
