The MP IC is more massive and its heat sink action is much greater than the light weight OEM Viggen IC. This will be of great advantage for street performance where short bursts of boost and transient response are valued. This is something that you feel in the seat of your pants. The slow acceleration of a rolling road dyno will tend to heat soak any IC before you get to the RPMs of peak HP. And almost all dyno setups are completely inadequate for turbo charged applications as the cooling air through the IC is not representative of how the system operates on the road.
