It's topping out on the boost guage around the same place it was before the exhaust, roughly 1/3rd into the red but the main difference is that without the 3" exhaust, that level of boost could not be sustained and it would fade out in the upper rpms or after a bit of hard running it would not go that far at all but with the 3" exhaust it sticks at 1/3rd into the red all the way to redline and no matter how hard I ran it last night the boost would not taper off. The simple fact is that the stock exhaust is maxed out with the stock software and stage 1 upgrades to B235R engines are not healthy and are not going to be able to sustain the power they advertise. Sure you can peak there briefly but it won't hold the power for long. The big pipes make a huge difference absolutely. I did some long WOT adaptation runs uphill last night and all that really changed with them was that it would boost higher under partial throttle but peak boost did not change under WOT after the runs. I'm curious to see if I pull the battery and reset the ECU if it will boost higher even if it ends up adapting back to where it is now. I just finished washing all the bugs off...
