Terry I agree with everything you said but at the same time I am glad Nathan posted his experience and feelings. Too often all you ever hear in a public forum is praise and good experiences but the bad experiences are often left untold. Obviously this applies to tuners and not to car models in general. The way the ECU was handled, damaged and reinstalled without notice or effort to fix or replace the damaged case is very disturbing to me and makes me picture an assembly line style of tuning where you are trying to get as many tunes in as possible in a short period of time with little regard for quality and all of the focus on $$$. This information, the lack of response to my inquiry sent to Automotion about custom tuning and of course, (sorry to bring other people into this but it did affect my decision) Jak's experiences have all made SQR less appealing to me at least.
