I ordered the JT exhaust a year or two ago from Engstrom. It took over 2 months for me to receive it. I think it is a problem with the JT people. I was told it had to be manufactured first and then shipped when the order was large enough (apparently to make it worth sending to the states?).
FYI: while you are waiting you might look into finding band clamps to use in place of the traditional u-clamps that come with the exhaust. I found mine at a diesel big-rig shop, expensive but they are stainless and make a tight fit as they wrap around the whole pipe.
