I run 215/55's which is a bit too big but has no noticable rubbing. Ideally you want to keep chaging the ratio to not effect the overall tire size. 215/50's would have been closer to stock but the price was right on the size I chose. Do the math and some reading on tirerack.com. You could try 225/45 or 40's and sacrifice some sidewall hight for the fit. With my aero I can now not really spin the tires in 2nd gear a definate benefit to running wider tires.
