Setup of an MBC+A on a 9-3

It came today and I installed it today. I have the MBC up to the point where it doesn't hit the fuel cut. Yet I am having a hard time determing the APR. I had it up high then low and now maybe in between. I can't really tell. I feel a click every time I make a full rotation of the APR adjuster. Does that equal 1 psi (each rotation)? I just don't know. It's like 90 degrees outside too, so that doesn't help. Thanks guys!
