The best way is to recondition and flow several sets at a time to be able to get sets of 4 that will match. I can usually get to within 1% flow variation if I do enough sets at a time. Also your '94 up Aero injectors are a little tricky to do as they have an extra thin disk like piece that can be damaged if the pintle insulator cap isn't remove properly. The thin disk is what makes these injectors different from the 30# (33#) Ford injectors that a lot of us use in some Saab applications. Take care, Dave
