I'd do the steering rack clamp and brace first, without a doubt. It just helps settle the car down, so it's not so squirmy under hard acceleration.
After that, you could start making it breathe better. I've been pleased with the big intercooler and 3 inch down pipe I added, but I haven't had a chance to get the car on the dyno since they've been added. Best "before" pull was 221 HP or so.
